An anti-slip shoe outsole composition capable of improving durability and gripping power and shoe articles employing the same. The slip-resistant shoe outsole composition comprises 2.5 to 3.5 parts by weight of nitrile, 6 to 8 parts by weight of natural rubber, 18 to 22 parts by weight of white carbon based on 22 to 27 parts by weight of butadiene rubber (BR) 9 to 11 parts by weight of white mineral oil, 0.7 to 0.9 parts by weight of diethylene glycol, 2.5 to 3.1 parts by weight of zinc oxide and 0.31 to 0.39 parts by weight of stearic acid (ST) 0.31 to 0.39 part by weight of an antioxidant, 1.5 to 2.5 parts by weight of a surfactant, 0.31 to 0.39 part by weight of a moisture control agent, 0.45 to 0.55 part by weight of an antifogging agent, 0.31 to 0.39 part by weight of a rubber aging inhibitor, 0.9 part by weight, and 0.7 to 0.9 part by weight of a bridging agent. |
