titleOfInvention | Recombinant cellulase cocktails, recombinant yeast complex strains, and use thereof |
abstract | The present invention relates to a polynucleotide encoding a protein selected from the group consisting of a polynucleotide encoding a translational fusion partner (TFP) and a protein selected from the group consisting of TrXynII, TrBxl, TrEGL2, PaCELl, PaCel2, TeCBHl, NfCBHl, HgCBHl, CtCBHl, ClCBH2, An expression cassette comprising the nucleotide, an expression cassette in which the secretion ability of the protein is increased compared to the wild type in yeast, an expression vector containing the same, a transformant into which the expression vector is introduced into the host cell, and a complex strain containing two or more of the transformants . Further, the present invention relates to a method for producing hemicellulase, endoglucanase, or exoglucanase, and a method for producing bioethanol, which comprises culturing the transformant. In addition, the present invention relates to a beta glucosidase and an endoglucanase produced by the method, a cellulite cocktail comprising exoglucanase, and a method for saccharifying biomass using the cocktail. The present invention also relates to a method for using the strains producing the cellulase from a fibrous biomass in a single use or a combination of two or more thereof in the production of bioenergy or useful biochemicals. The cellulase expression vector provided in the present invention enables the mass production of cellulase in yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The strain can be produced by simultaneous saccharification or biosynthesis It can be used in various industrial processes such as bioethanol and biochemical production from woody biomass because it can be performed as a single step which can reduce the enzyme cost by 80% or more. |
