abstract |
The present invention provides a novel method for producing embryonic stem cells and embryo-derived cells from embryos without inevitable destruction of embryos. The present invention also relates to providing cells and cell lines derived without destroying the stomach and using these cells for therapeutic and research purposes. It also provides a novel method of establishing and storing autologous stem cells prior to embryo implantation in conjunction with reproductive therapies such as IVF. |
