abstract |
A single nucleotide detection method is disclosed. According to an aspect of this embodiment, there is provided a method for detecting a nucleic acid comprising the steps of (1) generating a single nucleotide base stream from the analyte by pyrophosphoric acid decomposition, (2) capturing a capture system labeled with a detectable moiety in each undetectable state with each of the single nucleotides (3) releasing the detectable component from each of the capture molecules in a detectable state, and (4) detecting the released detectable component and detecting The method comprising determining the nucleotide sequence from the detectable component. |
