abstract | The present invention relates to a composition for detecting avian influenza virus comprising a primer set and a probe capable of detecting genotypes of five kinds of hemagglutinin (HA) and six kinds of neuraminidase (NA) A kit for detecting avian influenza virus, and a method for providing information for diagnosis of avian influenza virus using the composition or kit. Using the composition or kit for detecting avian influenza virus of the present invention, it is possible to overcome the problems of background products as well as gastric-negative and gastric-positive errors that can occur in the conventional influenza virus detection method, It is possible to easily and quickly distinguish influenza virus serotypes as well as the presence or absence of serotype influenza viruses, and thus can be used with a high degree of reliability, thereby being useful for diagnosis of influenza virus infection and influenza monitoring using the same. |
