The present invention relates to a method for obtaining and recovering collagen hydrolyzate by reacting high temperature and high pressure water from fish bones and shells. According to the present invention, it is possible to quickly produce collagen which is used as a functional ingredient of foods, medicines and cosmetics while securing the efficiency and economy of the process by employing a simple process and at the same time being environmentally friendly and safe. It can be applied to the industry, the cosmetics industry, and the food industry, thereby creating high added value. |
