The present invention relates to a biosensor for detecting ethylene and a use thereof. More particularly, the present invention relates to an ethylene binding domain (EtBD) of an ethylene receptor fused with an oligomerization domain, The present invention relates to a biosensor for detecting ethylene and a method for detecting ethylene using the biosensor, which is manufactured by mounting the sensor on a field-effect transistor (FET) with a cysteine-tag. INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The biosensor for detecting ethylene according to the present invention can efficiently detect ethylene and can be usefully used for monitoring ethylene in plant products including fruits, flowers, and vegetables. |
