abstract |
An electronic device having a graphen-semiconductor multi-junction and a manufacturing method thereof. The disclosed electronic device includes a graphene layer having at least one graphene projection and a semiconductor layer covering the graphene layer. The side of the graphene protrusion may have a multi-edge on a non-planar surface, wherein the graphene protrusion may have a stepped side. The graphene layer comprises a plurality of nano-crystal graphenes. The graphene layer includes a lower graphene layer including a plurality of nanocrystalline graphenes and the graphene protrusion formed on the lower graphene layer. The semiconductor layer may comprise a transition metal dichalcogenide (TMDC) layer. The plurality of graphene projections may each include a plurality of nanocrystalline graphenes. |
