abstract |
Disclosed are flame retardant bio-polyurethane foam and a producing method thereof. The polyurethane foam comprises a responsive phosphorus-based compound including at least two hydroxy groups. At least one hydroxy group of the responsive phosphorus-based compound forms a urethane bond by reacting with an isocyanate group. The foam is eco-friendly by not including a halogen-based flame retardant substance, has a very superior flame retardant effect due to including a phosphorus-based responsive flame retardant substance integrally introduced to inside, and does not reduce a flame retardant effect as time passed by not disappearing the flame retardant substance even if a long time is passed. |
