abstract The present invention relates to a cheese walnut snack and a method for producing the same. The method comprises the steps of: adding egg, sugar, and pure alcohol in a large kneader container and mixing the same for 12 minutes; adding egg white in a small kneader container and mixing the same for 5 minutes; adding edible soda, milk, Korean flour, and purified water in the large kneader container having the egg, sugar, and refined rice wine mixed therein, and mixing the same for 6 minutes; adding and mixing egg white mixed in the small kneader container in the large kneader container mixture and completing a premix; preparing 1/4 of walnut and cheese in a circular shape to be used as contents of a walnut; adding a completed premix in a kneader container of the walnut snack roaster; adjusting an amount of dough in a state in which a walnut snack calcining frame of a walnut snack roaster is preheated, and feeding the dough in a calcining frame; adding 1/4 of walnut and cheese in a dough fed in a plasticizing frame; heating the plasticizing frame and backing a walnut snack; and taking out a walnut snack by opening a plasticizing frame through an automatic blowdown device. A walnut snack is produced by adding cheese and walnut together, so a savory taste of walnut and softness of cheese can be felt together and appetites of a young generation can be satisfied.
