abstract | A system and method for identifying the location of a fault within an RF transmission system includes characterizing an RF transmission system and selecting one of the stages of the RF transmission system as the first selected stage. The measured output of the first selected stage is propagated through the baseline RF model and the deflection point is identified within the resulting RF model of the RF transmission system. |
