The present invention relates to compounds of the general formula (I), or pharmaceutically acceptable salts or esters thereof, wherein: (I) Wherein R 1 to R 11 are as defined in the specification and claims. The present invention also relates to compounds of formula I and to their use and to the use of the pharmaceutical compositions containing such compounds. The compounds of formula I are useful as drug screening platforms and to differentiate stem cells into more mature or adult-like hepatocytes for use in disease modeling applications. |
