titleOfInvention | High-concentration vanadium electrolyte, and method and apparatus for producing same |
abstract | Provided is a high-concentration vanadium electrolytic solution containing a high concentration of vanadium ions which can not be prepared conventionally and which is used in a circulating redox flow battery or a non-circulating redox non-flow battery and which is less likely to generate sludge; do. The present invention solves the conventional problem by the high concentration vanadium electrolytic solution which is an aqueous sulfuric acid solution containing vanadium ions in a range exceeding 1.7 mol / l and not more than 3.5 mol / l. The vanadium electrolyte solution is prepared by mixing a vanadium salt and a reducing water to prepare a first solution in which the vanadium salt is dissolved. The first solution is pre-electrolyzed, sulfuric acid is added to the first solution to prepare a second solution, The second solution itself or the preparation water or the formulated sulfuric acid for adjusting the second solution to the final total amount is added to the second solution. |
