The present invention also relates to a method for regulating antibody glycoprotein content, comprising culturing an antibody expressing cell in a medium containing glycerol as an additive for controlling antibody sugar chain content. In addition, the present invention relates to a medium for controlling antibody glycoprotein content, wherein glycerol is contained as an additive for controlling antibody glycoprotein content. By using the method for producing an antibody according to the present invention, it is possible to consistently produce a desired high-quality antibody group by controlling the sugar chain content of the antibody. From the aspect of development of biosimilars, it is also possible to prepare an antibody having an enhanced quality of equivalence with the reference drug by controlling the sugar chain content of the antibody by the method according to the present invention. And is economically viable and can be widely used in the field of antibody production.
