abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for screening for agents for inhibiting breast cancer metastasis or recurrence by using a change in expression level of a breast cancer stem cell marker gene whose expression level is changed by treatment with a Wnt signal transduction inhibitor. The method of the present invention can be used for effective treatment of breast cancer because it is possible to screen for an agent capable of preventing or treating the recurrence or metastasis of breast cancer with promptness, ease and high accuracy. |
