abstract |
The present invention relates to a coating composition for water-soluble high corrosion resistance. The water-soluble high corrosion resistant anticorrosive coating composition according to the present invention comprises 15 to 40% by weight of a metal flake; 20 to 40% by weight of deionized water and 10 to 20% by weight of glycol as a solvent; 0.1 to 2.0% by weight of tannic acid, 0.1 to 3.0% by weight of lithium bromide, and 0.5 to 2.0% by weight of chromium nitrate; Sol-gel resin consisting of 3 to 13% by weight silane and 2 to 5% by weight organic titanate; 0.3 to 1.5% by weight of ethoxylated propoxylated alcohols as dispersants; 0.1 to 2.0% by weight of anhydrous citric acid as a pH adjusting agent; And 0.01 to 1.0% by weight of a modified polysiloxane as a specific gravity and surface modifier. |
