titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method of epoxy and basalt fiber composites improved adhesion |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for producing an epoxy and a Vasartite fiber composite material having improved adhesion, and more particularly, to a method for producing an epoxy for a binder and a Vasart fiber composite material by a silane coupling agent treatment. According to the present invention as described above, the bubbles in the epoxy and the Vasartite fiber composite material in which the epoxy resin and the Vasart fiber mixture are mixed with the curing agent and the silane coupling agent having the organic functional group is subjected to the silane treatment, The silane molecule forms stabilized siloxane or hydrogen bond with the basalt fiber to improve the interfacial bonding force, thereby improving the adhesion. |
