abstract An object of the present invention is to provide an anti-freeze member surface-treated with an anti-freezing protein in connection with various applications of anti-icing proteins. According to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided an anti-freeze member comprising a first coating layer including a metal substrate and a recombinant anti-freeze protein having a metal binding protein conjugated to a performance improving anti-freeze protein and bound to the metal substrate by a metal binding protein.
