titleOfInvention Spunbond nonwoven cloth
abstract The present invention provides a spunbonded nonwoven fabric excellent in texture. The spunbonded nonwoven fabric of the present invention is obtained by heating and pressing between fibers by embossing rolls having a plurality of embossments arranged in a direction orthogonal to the direction of flow of the fibers after the thermoplastic resin is spun into continuous fibers and integrated. Here, the emboss area ratio is 5 to 12%. The shortest distance between adjacent embossings is 1.5 to 3 mm. The bending rigidity index (bending rigidity [g / cm 2 / cm] / weight per unit area [g / m 2 ] * 10 4 by a KES flexural rigidity tester) of the obtained nonwoven fabric is 5 to 15 cm -1 . The compression resilience (RC%) by the obtained nonwoven KES compression characteristic tester is 60 to 75%.
