The present invention relates to a Luc2 reporter vector in which a restriction enzyme cleavage site is inserted into an ORF (open reading frame) of Luc2 and a host cell into which the vector is introduced. The present invention also relates to a method for confirming 5 'flanking region activity of a gene to be tested using the host cell. The Luc 2 reporter vector of the present invention is conjugated with the 5 'flanking region of the gene to be tested to identify regions of nucleic acid important for gene regulation in the 5' flanking region of the gene of interest It can be very useful for identification and analysis. |
