abstract | The present invention relates to a method for producing chewing gum comprising capsules, comprising the steps of: (i) coating capsules filled with a liquid raw material with syrup; (Ii) depositing a gum base around the capsule by spraying the ground gum base powder onto a syrup-coated capsule; And (iii) coating the gum base with the syrup on the gum surface and drying the gum base. The manufacturing method according to the present invention can place large size capsules larger than 3 mm in size at the center of the gum which have not been applied in the past. The capsules of the present invention can be used by adding various kinds of natural and synthetic flavors, liquid raw materials, and high-sweetening agents, and can impart excellent sensory characteristics due to bursting of capsules during chewing. |
