abstract |
The present invention provides a carrier film comprising a heat-resistant base film and a coating layer coated on at least one surface of the heat-resistant base film with a release composition, wherein the release composition comprises, relative to 100 parts by weight of the melamine resin; 1 to 40 parts by weight of an acrylic polymer containing silicon acrylate constituent units; 1 to 10 parts by weight of carbon black; And 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of a crosslinking catalyst. The heat resistant sheet for forming a carrier film of the present invention has very low heat distortion resistance. Therefore, when used as a carrier film, the dimensional change due to the load under heating is very small due to excellent heat resistance, and uniform appearance characteristics of the molded article can be realized. It is also possible to provide a carrier film for sheet molding which is excellent in wettability due to high surface energy and excellent in adhesion stability between a resin layer and a mold release layer after molding to thereby provide a sheet for forming a sheet. And the like, it is possible to meet the mold release properties required in the precision materials field. |
