The heat resistant sheet for forming a carrier film of the present invention has very low heat distortion resistance. Therefore, when used as a carrier film, the dimensional change due to the load under heating is very small due to excellent heat resistance, and uniform appearance characteristics of the molded article can be realized. It is also possible to provide a carrier film for sheet molding which is excellent in wettability due to high surface energy and excellent in adhesion stability between a resin layer and a mold release layer after molding to thereby provide a sheet for forming a sheet.
