abstract The present invention relates to a plasticized hollow metal oxide composite and a method for producing the same. The plasticized hollow metal oxide composite contains a triblock copolymer surfactant, hexamethylenetetramine, a metal compound, resorcinol, and a deionized water/ethanol mixture, so a hollow metal oxide coated with an N-doping RF polymer produced through an one-pot reaction is plasticized and produced in a nitrogen gas or air atmosphere, thereby being used for an electrochemical capacitor due to high specific capacitance and durability.
