titleOfInvention Organic Surfactant For Manufacturing Zeolite Materials And Their Analogue Materials Comprising Mesopore And Producing Method Thereof
abstract The present invention relates to an organic surfactant for producing zeolite or a zeolite analogue material, and a method for producing the same. According to the method of the present invention, when an organic surfactant including one or more primary, secondary, or tertiary amine or ammonium functional groups is produced, by fundamentally removing a high cost process of removing a solvent overused after completion of reaction by applying heat under reduced pressure distillation, costs taken to synthesize the organic surfactant can be remarkably reduced. Moreover, a process of additionally re-crystallizing a generated product is not needed. When the method of the present invention is applied, it is expected that zeolite having ultrafine thickness plate structured, hexagonal, and irregular mesopore and capable of replacing conventionally commercialized zeolite can be cost-effectively mass-produced.
