[MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A process for producing a metal oxide nanoparticle, which comprises reacting a silsesquioxane polymer or silane monomer having a silanol group at its terminal and a metal oxide nanoparticle having a hydroxyl or alkoxy group on its surface in an aqueous solvent in the presence of a phase- And a silsesquioxane polymer, and a composite produced thereby. |
