titleOfInvention | Compositions for diagnosis of inflammation or metabolic syndrome induced by obesity |
abstract | The present invention relates to a composition for diagnosing obesity-induced inflammation or metabolic syndrome comprising an antibody that specifically binds to a soluble 4-1BB protein, a diagnostic kit comprising the same, and a composition comprising the soluble 4-1BB protein for inducing obesity-induced inflammation Or a method for providing information necessary for diagnosis of metabolic syndrome. In accordance with the present invention, it has been demonstrated for the first time in the present invention that soluble 4-1BB protein is increased in obese adipose tissue and closely correlated with metabolic parameters. Therefore, the soluble 4-1BB protein of the present invention can be effectively used as a target for diagnosing or treating obesity-induced inflammation and metabolic syndrome. |
