abstract The present invention relates to a thermal shock and vibration damping block-100A including a sound and heat insulation material (10), an uneven hypocaust unit (20), and a vibration damping sphere (30). The present invention provides uneven hypocaust (X1) attached with a sound and heat insulation material, made by: a step of manufacturing the sound and heat insulation material (10) by making one material from PE, EVA, EPP, EPS, urethane, and sponges foam in a mold; a step of manufacturing the uneven hypocaust unit (20) wherein a plurality of hot water pipe protective posts (22) protrudes upward from the top of a rectangular plate part having a predetermined thickness; a step of manufacturing the vibration damping sphere (30) through the injection, compression, or foam molding of one material from rubber, silicone, urethane, and epoxy; and a step of attaching the bottom of the uneven hypocaust unit (20) to the top of the sound and heat insulation material (10) after applying an adhesive to the top of the sound and heat insulation material (10).
