The present invention relates to a biocompatible polymer comprising at least one organic peroxide in liquid form dispersed in a polymer matrix comprising at least 50% by weight of a bio-resin (bioresin), wherein the polymer matrix is expressed as a void percentage with respect to the volume of the matrix Wherein the porosity is between 2.5% and 70% by volume and the moisture content of the masterbatch is maintained below 2000 ppm based on the total weight of the masterbatch. |
