abstract The present invention relates to a composition for the production of a photosynthetic active compound containing follicles isolated from a photosynthetic bacterial cell membrane and a method for producing the photosynthetic active compound using the composition. The present invention also relates to a method for producing photosynthetic regulatory units comprising separating follicles from the cell membranes of photosynthetic bacteria. Using the composition according to the present invention, photosynthetic bacterial cell follicles can be continuously used to provide photosynthetic response products under light irradiation conditions, and fungal cells of different origins that absorb light of different wavelengths can be combined to form a photosynthetic bacterial response unit It is possible to maximize the yield of the photosynthetic syngeneic product. In addition, since the method of producing the photosynthetic adduct according to the present invention does not require an additional electron donor in addition to water, economical production of ATP or NAD (P) H is possible. ATP and NAD (P) H, which are continuously produced by the method of the present invention, are capable of mediating various biochemical reactions and thus can be applied to various processes for producing useful substances.
