titleOfInvention A manufacturing method of polyamide resin having high melt flow properties
abstract The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a polyamide resin having improved melt flow properties, which comprises the steps of: preparing a polyamide resin having a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of 100,000 to 180,000 (S1); making the polyamide resin react with carboxylic acid to block an amine group of the polyamide resin (S2); and mixing cyclic butylene terephthalate with the polyamide resin having the blocked amine group, and melt extruding the mixture at temperatures of 230 to 300°C to manufacture pellets (S3). According to the present invention, melt flow properties of the polyamide resin are improved, thereby mitigating a melt fracture phenomenon, a surface roughness generation phenomenon, a bubble mixing phenomenon, and the like when using the polyamide resin for an injection process.
