titleOfInvention Bench flume concrete composition unnecessary for steam aging and manufacturing method for bench flume using the same
abstract A concrete composition for a bench-thru pipe which does not require steam curing, and a method for producing a bench-plate pipe using the same. A method of making a bench-plume tube of the present invention comprises the steps of: (a) preparing a concrete composition; (b) casting the concrete composition into a mold for a bench-pipe conduit with a concrete reinforcement; (c) curing the concrete composition poured into the mold for the bench-hole pipe; And (d) demolding the mold for the benchflour tube after curing of the concrete composition is completed. In the step (a), the concrete composition is applied to crude steel cement, and in the step (c) A concrete composition for expressing a compressive strength of 10 MPa or higher within 6 hours of curing without curing is characterized in that 5 to 8 parts by weight of a curing accelerator is added to 100 parts by weight of the crude steel cement.
