abstract The present invention relates to a method for synchronizing the cell cycle of an immature oocyte of a mammal comprising culturing an immature oocyte of a mammal in a medium containing the following RO-3306 compound. Using the method of the present invention, it is possible to effectively synchronize the cell cycle of immature oocytes in mammals and to significantly increase the development rate of oocytes and the production efficiency of transgenic oocytes compared with the case of treating cell cycle-synchronizing substances of other oocytes .
