Sialon phosphor in which Li + is dissolved to stabilize the structure. The lattice constant (c) is 0.5645 to 0.5670 nm, the oxygen content is 0.4 to 1.2 mass% and the europium (Eu) content is 0.3 to 1.2 Mass%, and the peak wavelength of the fluorescence spectrum when the peak wavelength is excited by monochromatic light in the range of 450 to 460 nm is set in the range of 580 to 595 nm.
