abstract |
The present invention relates to an amorphous alloy powder for a power inductor having an insulating coating layer and a method of manufacturing the same. By using phosphorus oxide (P2O5) powder glass in the dry process according to the present invention, a thin, uniform and dense insulating coating layer can be formed on the surface of the amorphous alloy powder for power inductor. In addition, it is possible to increase the resistivity of the powder by the insulating coating and to minimize the loss due to the eddy current between the powder and the powder. This has the effect of minimizing the loss of current even when manufactured with a power inductor. |
