titleOfInvention Encapsulation composition for a solarcell and preparing process for the sheet using the same
abstract TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a solar cell encapsulant composition having excellent electrical insulation properties and a method for producing an encapsulant sheet using the same. The encapsulant composition for a solar cell having excellent electrical insulation according to the present invention is based on an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer resin, 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of peroxide to the weight of the resin and 0.01 to 5 parts by weight of a crosslinking auxiliary having a specific structure are added as a core additive. The sealing composition for a solar cell according to the present invention having the above-described structure significantly reduces the polarity of the sheet and suppresses migration of metal ions dissociated from the glass. In addition, even under conditions of high temperature and high humidity, It is possible to provide an encapsulation material sheet which can effectively prevent the deterioration of solar cell performance and stably maintain the structure and function of the encapsulation material even when the encapsulation material is used for a long period of time, thus solving the conventional technical problems.
