The present invention provides a piezoelectric element in the form of a fiber and a foil which can take out an electrical output by a relatively small stress such as rubbing the surface with a finger or the like. The present invention is a piezoelectric element containing two piezoelectric fibers and two piezoelectric fibers, each of which includes a piezoelectric unit disposed on substantially the same plane with a point of contact with each other. |
