abstract The present invention relates to a portable aerosol disinfector, wherein a disinfectant is heated to be sprayed at a predetermined temperature according to the kind of a disinfectant, thereby preventing the residue of the agent from remaining in the inner space of a vaporizer, and in addition, a cleaning water feeding device is arranged to clean the inner space of the vaporizer, and to an operating method thereof. The aerosol disinfector according to the present invention comprises: a main body having a spray nozzle pass through one side of the main body; a disinfectant container installed in the main body to feed a liquid disinfectant to the main body; a vaporizer connected to the disinfectant container to heat and vaporize the disinfectant fed by the disinfectant container; a first pump installed between the disinfectant container and the vaporizer to pump the disinfectant into the vaporizer; and a control unit installed inside the main body to set a range of heating temperature of the vaporizer and stop a heating operation when the internal temperature of the vaporizer exceeds the preset temperature range, wherein a cleaning water container is further installed adjacent to the disinfectant container to feed cleaning water into the vaporizer and the disinfectant container and the cleaning water container are connected to the vaporizer via a feed pipe.
