abstract The present invention relates to a method for post treatment of a zeolite material, (i) providing a zeolite material, wherein the framework structure of the zeolite material comprises YO 2 and X 2 O 3 , wherein Y is a tetravalent element and X is a trivalent element; (ii) the zeolite material provided in (i) (a) treating the zeolite material with an aqueous solution having a pH of 5 or less, (b) treating the zeolite material obtained from (a) with a liquid aqueous system having a pH in the range of 5.5 to 8 and a temperature of at least 75 캜 &Lt; RTI ID = 0.0 &gt; ; (b), the zeolite material optionally performs at least one further treatment according to (a) and / or at least one further treatment according to (b).
