More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for producing Kimbugae characterized in that a glutinous rice paste obtained by naturally fermenting glutinous rice is applied to one side of a kimchi and fried in fresh sesame oil. The Kimbuchi produced according to the present invention has little odor of oil and does not feel, and it can improve the texture and lower the fat content remaining after frying to lower the blood triglyceride and cholesterol. |
