abstract The inkjet printhead of the present invention comprises a body, a protective layer, an inorganic layer and an organic layer. The main body includes a carbon isotope and includes an ink reservoir forming a storage space for accommodating the ink. The protective layer is disposed on the inner surface of the body, and includes a paralle. The inorganic layer is disposed on the protective layer. The organic layer is disposed on the inorganic layer. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the organic solvent such as ink or cleaning agent from being absorbed into the main body of the ink-jet printhead, thereby improving the durability and improving the display quality of the display device.
