abstract The present invention relates to a method for producing an Aronia drink, which comprises extracting an active ingredient using a vinegar to produce a beverage base, seasoning and blending the same using purified water, saccharides, acids, and the like I was able to finish the Aronia drink. By filtering and sterilizing the finished beverage, it was possible to produce processed beverages that can store and distribute Aronia beverages. The processed Arrionnia according to the present invention provides a method for producing Arrnia beverage which is excellent in antioxidative activity, can be stored for a long period of time, is excellent in taste and flavor, and is easy to drink.
