abstract | The present invention relates to leaf tea of Glehnia littoralis manufactured by roasting leaf of Glehnia littoralis and a manufacturing method thereof where leaf of Glehnia littoralis is dried and precipitated in the pine tree oil and roasted for the first time by using a heating device and then roasted one or three more times in a pot and then destroyed to small pieces to yield the final product. The manufacturing method for leaf tea of Glehnia littoralis according to the present invention can minimize losses of active ingredients contained in the leaf of Glehnia littoralis and effectively remove the bitter taste, enabling manufacturing of leaf tea of Glehnia littoralis with good tastes and scent as well as abundant active ingredients. |
