abstract The present invention relates to a node-specific expression promoter ( pPatgENOD93 ) and a 5'-untranslated region (5'-UTR) of a plant derived from poplar derived inode (ENOD) gene, a node-specific expression vector , A method for expressing a foreign gene with a node-specific expression, and a plant transformed with the expression vector. According to the present invention, the CaMV 35S promoter derived from the previously widely used cauliflower mosaic virus induces the expression of the foreign gene in the whole tissues, so that the gene introduced in the transgenic plant can be specifically expressed only in the node.
