The present invention relates to a method for producing functional fermentation products using seaweeds and oysters, and more particularly, to a method for producing functional fermentation products using seaweeds and oysters, and more particularly, to a method for producing functional fermentation products using seaweeds and oysters, (Taurine) and GABA (GABA) by inoculation and fermentation, thereby producing a functional fermentation product for fat accumulation and suppression of urge to eat. The fermented product of the present invention produced according to the above production method can be used as a raw material for a health functional food since it can be consumed for a long time because there is no toxicity to the human body. Such a health functional food suppresses accumulation of intracellular fat, Dietary intake control through nervous stabilization shows benefits useful for dieting. |
