abstract |
The present invention provides: a) an electrode body (1) of an electrode material (2), wherein the dielectric (3) at least partially covers one surface (4) of such electrode material (2) ; b) introducing a dispersion comprising at least a dispersant, an externally-doped conductive polymer and counter-ions not covalently bonded to the externally-doped conductive polymer into at least a portion of the anode body; c) removing at least a portion of the dispersant to obtain a solid electrolyte (6) in the capacitor body, wherein the self-doped conductive polymer is additionally introduced into at least a portion of the anode body (5) To a production process of the same. The present invention also relates to the use of a capacitor, a capacitor, an electronic circuit, a capacitor, and a dispersion obtained by such a process. |
