abstract |
A nonwoven fabric structure in ultra-fine long fibers. The artificial leather base material satisfies the following conditions (1) to (4): (1) the ultra-fine long fibers are those in which 8 to 70 ultra-fine long fibers having a substantially circular cross-sectional shape are bundled, (2) an extremely fine filament having a cross-sectional area of 170 to 700 占 퐉 2 and a flatness ratio of 4.0 or less, (3) the cross-section of the ultrafine long fiber exists in a range of 1500 to 3000 pieces / mm 2 in any cross section parallel to the thickness direction of the nonwoven structure, and (4) The pore size between microfine fibers is not more than 70 탆 at any cross section parallel to the thickness direction of the nonwoven fabric structure. Since the above-mentioned conditions are satisfied, the artificial leather base material has high performance both in terms of performance and physical properties of a sensitive surface which has been conventionally recognized to have opposite performance. |
