The sample collection mechanism may include a second portion including a sample container operably associated with the collection passage to receive a sample fluid of the sample collection passage and in fluid communication with the collection passage, Once established, the sample container provides a second driving force different from the first driving force to move most of the body fluid sample in the passage to the sample container.
