The present invention relates to a culture medium for the induction of induced pluripotency stem cell degeneration comprising Ecklonia cava . The present invention also relates to a method for differentiating chondrocytes from induced pluripotent stem cells prepared using the above-mentioned culture medium composition. Using the medium composition according to the present invention, it is possible to efficiently produce induced pluripotent stem cells using mesenchymal stem cells, and since the pluripotent pluripotent stem cells can be differentiated into chondrocytes, they can be effectively used as a cell therapy agent . |
