The present invention provides a cathode material for a novel solid oxide fuel cell capable of reducing the chemical incompatibility of the cathode and the electrolyte. The solid oxide fuel cell cathode material, according to one embodiment of the invention includes a compound of the (Ln, D) ET 2 O 5 + δ. Wherein Ln is one or more elements selected from lanthanides, D is an element doped to replace a portion of Ln, E is one or more elements selected from the group of the alkaline earth metal, T is a transition metal , O is oxygen, and the delta is a positive number of 1 or less, and the value of the compound of the formula (1) is an electrical neutrality. |
