abstract | The present invention relates to the use of 3-formylpyrimidine SV (hereinafter referred to as " 3-formylpyrimidine SV "), which possesses high activity against Gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms as well as possesses high activity against tuberculous mycobacteria And a 3- (4-cinnamyl-1-piperazinyl) -amino derivative of 3-formylmorphamycin S as an active substance, and a method for producing a 3-formylpyrimidine SV and 3- (4-cinnamyl-1-piperazinyl) -amino derivatives of 3-formylmorphamycin S. The method of making pharmaceutical compositions is readily feasible and does not require special equipment for its performance. The process for the preparation of these compounds is characterized by the use of environmentally pure solvents (ethanol and water) for the preparation and isolation of the material, providing a high yield and purity and no residual organic solvent in the final product. |
